Articles can be refunded or exchanged
if unworn within 14 days of the delivery date as long as it
is accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges
can only be made providing the item / items are returned in
sellable condition. Returns should be sent to the Customer
Service Centre address via registered insured post.
Asanti will not be able to accept responsibility
for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated.
The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
We stress that it is important to inform
us via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order of
any breakages to the dispatched item caused by delivery
process.
* Please be aware that special commissions contracted to
Asanti are non refundable.
